Moto Health Care is a Bargaining Council Fund registered with the Council for Medical Schemes in October 2007. The Fund is restricted to Employers and their employees operating in the Motor Industry in South Africa. The Fund is managed by a Board of Trustees, made up of Parties to the Moto Health Care Agreement with the Motor Industry Bargaining Council (MIBCO).

Promoting The Interests Of The Fuel Retailers –  The Association monitors and becomes involved wherever necessary with all aspects of retail fuel governance, distribution and sales in South Africa in order to protect and enhance Fuel Retailer’s Interest. The Association’s Income base is through membership fees.

National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa – The biggest trade union in the history of South African Unions with 364,144 members, and growing, organising in the motor, auto, engineering, tyre and rubber sectors.

With a membership of 7 500, the RMI provides a very effective collective voice that gives members considerable clout in negotiating better trading conditions.

MIBCO is a Bargaining Council as envisaged in the Act whose mission is to create and maintain industrial peace and stability in the Motor Industry.
